Botched Order Not Made Right

Only half of my order was received. I responded to WalMart and the company that sells the shampoo and conditioner set. They asked for pictures. Etc They then responded that their warehouse did indeed short the order. They said to keep what I did receive and they would send a makeup order. Nothing has happened. I wrote them again and have heard nothing. The shampoo and conditioner are great. This is disappointing that this company hasn't made it right.
