I thought this would be a great value for the size, compared to local prices. So far I've been pleased. It's a nice balance in fluidity between liquid and syrup, and works great for my keto diet - dissolves well in cold liquids, nice sweetness with no unpleasant after tones. I have substituted for both granular and powdered no-cal sweeteners. Would definitely purchase again and may even buy a couple to stock up!
