It's nice to find simple, vegan, beneficial, food-based supplements. Many of us are leery of all the supplements and panaceas marketed to us these days, not knowing if the product really ameliorates an issue or if it's just another way to separate us from our money. I like that this is based on whole foods/herbs and doesn't have anything questionable in it. Compare it to other turmeric supplements, and you'll see this has a higher amount than is usually found. Turmeric and piperine (black pepper alkaloid) complement each other, so having these two together in this formula is crucial. The ginger is a great addition, as it's good for inflammation, digestion, mood, and combats nausea. My feet, especially heels, ache a lot after walking, exercising, or doing yard work, and this formula noticeably reduces that inflammation - something I wasn't expecting! I apparently need higher doses of turmeric and piperine, and this formula has it in one serving. When I ache, I can take this and get relief within the hour. I like that this can be done without chemicals, artificial additives, or cruelly derived animal ingredients.

I've been taking Cognitune Turmeric Curcumin capsules for 8 days now. Normally I would try something like these for a month before I'd say anything about the results I was having.
