honestly. I personally think this tablet is amazing, the case is flexible and rubber which is great for my son because it also protects his tablet but also helps him carry it better without it falling out of his hands. At first when I was reading the reviews I wasn't sure because there were 5 good reviews and 1 bad one which stated many thing wrong with the tablet but I ordered it anyways just because it's perfect for my son and once I got it, I set it up and didn't have any issues. Yes it does take a few seconds to go to what your wanting or to load something but the small lag is really not much of an issue, because it still works great for my son. Another thing is on certain movies, the volume differs. it can be loud for some movies or quiet for others, but It's just about good enough but I also did order a matching speaker just so he has it because my son does love his movies at a high volume. It does come with a screen protected but I chose not to use it because it does have tons of bubbles that appear on screen once applied that is so hard to get rid of so I chose to not apply it but my sons tablets very well protected and still brand new after a week of use. Other then that, it's very dependable and a great tablet for kids, my son just turned 2 years old and I think I made a wonderful choice.
