Shipping Code

Hey guys,Tried to reach out as I followed the instructions for the "free shipping" advertised in the initial sign up: I entered the code and it never worked. Then I received a bunch of notifications for different discounts and promos, but I had already placed my order and nobody was replying to me to add it to my current order.Otherwise, I really enjoyed it. Always excellent products and customer service!

I've been ordering frames from ArtToFrames for over a year now and love everything I've ordered. When a piece of glass arrived broken, they were gracious and efficient in replacing it. And I have to admit, another time I thought I had not received a mat I had ordered but had, in fact, overlooked it in the package. They still sent a replacement so I feel a special loyalty to them for this allowance. I will continue to be a customer, for sure!
