We chose the 9x9 umbrella for our paver patio because we did not want a permanent structure for shade. I will say, at first the cost with the umbrella and the base was a bit off putting, but now that we have it I can honestly say it was worth every penny. It is better than anything we could have bought locally. It is so sturdy! So glad it comes with a cover, too! Gets a bit breezy? Take it down. Don't be stupid…unless you actually like throwing money out the window. We love it!!
