This storage cube unit is super cute. It took me about 1-2 hours to assemble pieces together. It passed the the first night without being collapsed. Lol (Some review pictures did scare me btw) The assembling is very easy. The connection is “snap lock”, not sure what to call, you'll feel the click when pushing the wire and the plastic joint piece together. I didn't use the hammer tho. One all pieces are snapped/ locked together, the whole unit feels solid and sturdy. It's for a light storage. I wouldn't use to store heavy stuff. I use this to keep all my light weight pantry items. Happy with my purchase

Awesome! Used to organized kids' closet.

Super sturdy and easy to build after you get the first section down. Was looking for something better to organize my boys' closet instead of the wired grid cubes or hanging fabric organizers. These cubes are much more sturdy and clean looking (clothes are not hanging through the holes like they do in the wired cubes). The material is like a plastic folder almost, but really sturdy. What I also like about it, is the flexibility of being able to stack it in any order. I ended up using all but one cube as I placed it on top of my already existing plastic bins I had in their closet. Works great!

So far, so good!

My son did not want a dresser any longer, gets in the way of gaming with his Oculus. So my hunt to find something that would fit inside his closet began. After reading the reviews and perusing the photos, I decided this would work for the money and size. It was very easy to put together, but unlike the instructions, I did not use the mallet after each layer, I just gently squeezed it together until I heard the snaps. Once it was complete, I tried to use it but I had better results just using a little muscle.
