I purchased these pants while looking for something that has a high waist. I am older and do not like low-cut. These pants fit the bill. They not only have a high waistband, but also have a little criss-cross in the front that is attractive and pulls the tummy in a little bit. I am short 5'4', but have long legs, and these pants fit perfectly. They do have a side leg pocket. I do not use it, but it is attractive. The pants are a slick material, but attractive. I would purchase again.
