Great Product!

Arrived in a box - nice! Hitch had one pretty good scratch on it - no worries, touched it up right away with some Rustoleum. Install kit was intact - that's the main problem I've seen with these. Watched a video on YouTube for installing a U-haul hitch (looks exactly like the Draw Tite) on my 2017 Honda CR-V, and was spot on. Took the gal in the video about 15 mins, took me 2 hrs, but hey, I'm an amateur, don't have a lift, used jack stands, and was operating upside down under the back of the vehicle the whole time. There's like 6 steps involved in the install, and each has its "Challenges". Overall, a pretty easy install and now we're set to haul bicycles around!
