This is a lovely jacket. It's heavy, soft cotton - almost as soft as brushed cotton. It conforms to your body; there's none of that stiffness seen for example in denim. Also, it's true to size. I got the small in olive. For comparison, I'm 5 feet, 7.75 inches, 109 lbs. I especially love the neck because it's not wide like in most jackets; it's close to my neck, making the garment that much warmer in a cold wind. I washed it in cool water then line-dried and I didn't see shrinkage (cold is best for cotton). The quality of stitching is superior to even some name brands like Levi's. In fact I love this jacket way more than a Levi's that I got because the cotton is so soft, the fit is incredible, and it actually has a bit of shape to it - it's not a box like the Levi's (admittedly, the hidden waist pull-string and rear elastic strip help; but even without that, this has a better shape than the Levi's). Totally love. Recommended wholeheartedly.
