Zipper Broken When Organizer Arrived

1 star for bad quality, 5 stars for functionality. I loved this when I got it, put it in my bottomless pit purse and loaded it. It's the perfect size, fit and organizes a real mess. It appeared to be very sturdy high quality construction. Then I tried to zip the center compartment for security and the zipper is broken right off the bat. Quality control or even person assembling it should have noticed. This seller doesn't offer replacement for defective items and the hassle of returning (pay shipping myself?) and ordering a new one, pay more shipping and I bought this with an order that qualified for free shipping (so will I be back charged for that shipping?). I really like how this organizes my purse so I will keep the defective item and use it without the zipper component. Be careful ordering from 3rd parties who sell through Walmart.com.
