Ordered the 10 pack. Arrived with only 5 cars. Contacted CS and they said they would reship the items and that I needed to return the items. They never reshipped the items. I ordered again (they are due to arrive today... we will see how many cars are in the pack). Contacted CS again about the missing replacement and they fixed the issue (due to receive a refund). Have my fingers crossed that the items that arrive today are actually the correct thing

INCORRECT DESCRIPTION, this is for a 5 PACK of hot wheels. NOT 10 HOT WHEELS. Ordered once, incorrect item came in, contacted customer service they told me to not worry it won't happen again, ordered another and same thing happened. I was only sent a 5 pack. I don't purchase the 5 packs often because of the themed vehicle selections. I enjoy the 8, 10, 12, 20 packs with regular cars that is why I purchased this item, also a sweet deal but now I know why. THIS IS ONLY FOR 5 CARS. I don't know why they won't take this down??
