Good product for the price

Basically you get what you pay for. This is a good size and power of spreader for small areas such as driveways or small to medium parking lots. It is small and has a small capacity - so you have to expect to refill it often. We use it in a conference center setting and it is perfect, attached to a Gator so the bags of icemelt are right there.

Assembly was fairly simple. Attached to a 2006 Yamaha Rhino with no problem. Worked as intended for spreading seed for food plot. Had to adjust hopper opening a little wider than first thought, as there is no agitator to assist in moving material around to keep it flowing - it's all gravity fed. Attached a bungee strap around unit to help keep it level - it has a tendency to lean back away from vehicle. Yet to see how it spreads salt..
