Youtheory Spore Probiotic, 6 Billion CFU, 60 Capsules

I was taking Probiotics a few years ago after developing an ulcer, my digestive system was never the same. I stopped taking about a year later, opting to follow a healthier diet. I had so many issues taking the Probiotics because it seemed there was no consistency. Even though I would use the same brand, one bottle would be effective, and the next bottle would not. Therefore I never really found a brand that seemed to work consistently. After awhile I just stopped taking them. I follow a pretty strict diet now, and my diet is very conservative, I just don't want to risk digestion problems again. After reading (everything) about spore Probiotics, I found a lot of information about why the Probiotics I used in the past were possibly ineffective, and the spore Probiotics would be more effective. A lot of the Probiotics (I had used in the past) without spore would not survive the stomach acid to actually get into the intestine. Also the Probiotics without spore, may not even be "alive" when we ingest them due to many variable such as temperatures, expiration dates, even dust. Now the spore that is in these Probiotics is actually is a seed the typically can survive the elements, and travels to the intestines because it resists stomach acid. And so on... I am actually in Probiotic information overload right now. I have been taken the Youtheory Spore Probiotic for 6 days now. I am so happy I started taking these because I have brought some foods back into my diet that I actually enjoy eating. So far, so good, it has actually been kind of amazing. Also these capsules do not have to be refrigerated, take 2 with a glass of water. The bottle is a 30 day supply, 60 capsules. I will stick with the Youtheory, they are easy to take, and the Youtheory website is a wealth of information.
