If I could give zero stars I would . I bought the Canon 50mm lens bundle . The lens arrived highly defective , the casing around the lens kept physically zooming in and out even though the 50mm is not a zoom lens . I called Buzz Photo twice and each time had to go through three to four different people just to get to some guy who was very rude and actually insinuated that maybe the non zoom lens physically zooming in and out on it's own was actually a good thing ! I sent them a video of what the lens was doing and had to call after a day or so of supposedly waiting for them to call me back and the guy I talked to then was very rude also , had me check to see if they had even sent me the correct lens , but finally he told me he would send a return label and that he would send me a new lens . I mailed the bundle back on March 30 2023 they received the package back to them on April 1 2023 . Since then I have yet to receive anything back from them . I have called their 3-4 person , what seems to be personal cell phone number hotline , I messaged them through Walmart twice trying to get in contact with them , NO response . Finally I'm getting my case escalated to receive a full refund . I take pictures for a living and missed out on a lot of bookings for the Easter holiday because I didn't have a lens . I thought I had found a great deal , buying from this seller but there was NO deal here and NO customer service . Buyer's Beware !!!! It's a nice price but , It's not worth the headache !
