I ordered a tube shaped neck gaiter, bright red with old time tattoo figures pictured on it. I received a black and gray geo print neckerchief with ear straps. I wasn't contacted and told they had over sold the item I ordered. This completely different item was sent in place of what I wanted. I couldn't even use it despite the ugly print for the purpose it was intended for because it was a completely different design. Now the nightmare of trying to get my money back begins. Based on this experience, I'm not hopeful for reimbursement and will NEVER buy anything from this company again.
