Terrible experience with this seller

I received my item. It did not work properly. They asked me to send it back which I did. Then they sent the replacement to the wrong address I've been waiting over two months and have not received my replacement. Now they won't respond to my emails. I feel like they stole from me and I'm really upset by this. It hurts me too because it was for work.
