Best inserts I ever bought.

because I work on concrete for hours standing on my feet, I would have back pain and knee pain and the heel of my foot would be aching at the end of my work day. But once I discovered these inserts, I no longer have the ache and pain. I will not work without them. I found the right inserts for me by using a Dr Scholl's foot machine that used to be at Walmart.

I can hike again!

I had a knee injury several years ago. Later, when I was on a four day backpacking trip, my knee became so sore that I thought I wouldn't be hiking anymore. It took several months before the pain went away. I got a pair of these Dr. Scholl's and started doing local hikes again without any pain. This was three years ago. Since then I've gone on three four-day backpacking trips wearing those inserts and had no knee pain whatsoever. I've considered them my second best purchase ever, after Lasik surgery. I just bought my second pair after wearing the first ones daily for about three years. Highly recommend, but use the footmapping machine a few times to make sure you're buying the right pair.

This is the 2nd time I've used these. The 1st time was about 15 years ago. As soon as I felt the first heel pain I knew what was wrong this time around. I bought a pair, removed my current insoles and replaced with these. Immediately, I had a 75% reduction in pain, same as the last time. I would suggest wearing them at ALL times, even in the house for at least 6 months. Even if the pain completely goes away. The 1st time for me took much longer because as soon as the pain went away I quit wearing them and it would come back. IMO, they're worth every penny because it eliminates a doctor visit, a specialist visit with possible custom inserts.
