Mayne Caprio 26" x 16" Tall Self-Watering Polyethylene Planter - Graphite Grey

The Mayne Caprio tall planter ships in one piece. No assembly of any parts is needed. The black tall planter adds a modern style to our porch. The sleek, tall, slim design is eye catching and complements most home colors. We live in a long short house and adding a tall vertical planter really took the curb appeal up a few notches. Best of all this planter not only looks stylish it also is sturdy, durable and has its own watering system. One of my concerns with choosing the 26in planter was that it would constantly be tipping over from gusts of wind. I was wrong. This planter is sturdy on it's own even before adding water and soil. The type of plastic it is made of is also strong and durable. The edges are thick and substantial. This is not a thin old-fashioned planter in any way. It is made very well and looks expensive. The most unique aspect is the watering system that is built into the planter. Be sure to have a look at the directions that come with the planter. I would have never known the small capped hole on the top of the planter was for watering if I had not glanced at the directions. Basically, the top half of the planter is for soil and the bottom half is for water. You add water to the capped hole in the top and it flows to the bottom of the pot to keep your flowers moist. I absolutely love this feature as I'm the type who likes to plant flowers and let the rain take care of them. This planter is under part of the roof so the self-watering feature is perfect. I can't wait to see this planter in full bloom!
