Gorgeous rug, No “new rug smell”
absolutely gorgeous rug, lies flat, very comfortable w/ 1/2” rug pad. DOES NOT SMELL. I cannot stress this enough, it is so important. No chemical smells, no headaches with this rug! I will say my indoor air monitor picked up high VOCs for 10 days after the rug arrived. I kept windows open a crack 24/7 as it outgassed. After 10 days my readings were back to normal. But again, no detectable smell. This is rare w/ new rugs and furniture and I'm impressed. Did I also mention that it is GORGEOUS?! 5 stars.
