Warranty information
LIMITED WARRANTY Airhead Sports Group Warrants, to the original purchaser only, when their products are used for normal recreational purposes that all Airhead Sports Group inflatables are free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 1 year from the original purchase date. Any implied warranties are also limited in duration to the 1 year period from the original purchase date. There are no warranties that extend beyond the description on the face hereof. Airhead Sports Group should not be held liable for incidental or consequential damages. Airhead Sports Group shall inspect all warranty claims and in the event of a defect, repair or replace the defective part or entire item, at its option. A return authorization number (RA#) must be obtained prior to return by calling or writing to the telephone or address listed in this manual. Merchandise must be returned, postage prepaid along with proof of purchase to the address below with the RA# in bold on the outside of the package. This warranty does NOT cover: FAILURE CAUSED BY OVER- INFLATION or UNDER-INFLATION, TEARS, CUTS, PUNCTURES OR SNAGS OBTAINED DURING NORMAL USE, ITEMS INVOLVED IN ACCIDENTS, ITEMS FOR RENTAL OR HIRE AND OTHER USES NOT CONSIDERED NORMAL RECREATIONAL USES INCLUDING MISUSE, ABUSE OR NEGLECT, IMPROPER STORAGE or FADING FROM EXPOSURE TO SUNLIGHT. THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES THAT EXTEND BEYOND THE DESCRIPTION ON THIS CARD. AIRHEAD SPORTS GROUP SHALL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE IN ANY WAY FOR ANY INCI- DENTAL AND/OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. Please have all information above ready when you call, or include in the email. We are unable to warranty a product without all pertinent information. Airhead Sports Group will make the final warranty determination which may require physical product inspection or photos of the product that clearly show the defect(s). This warranty is only valid in USA and Canada.
