Great rod but sent the wrong action type

I love Lew's roda for crappie, bass and Halibut. Got this one for Halibut in the medium light action but they sent ultra light instead and didnt inform me. Total loss!!! Now i have to order the correct one from BassPro for $30 more than what I just paid in order to have my rod on time for my trip. Very disappointed in the communication, false info of action of the rod and the seller for not giving me option to cancel the rod.
