Wheels not turning

I still haven't received the wheels for my lawnmower. I got a hose clamp. The Walmart is supposed to get in touch with this vendor. Still no wheels. Not directly Walmarts fault but they said they would handle it.

Do Not Order These Tires

Never received my tires (I ordered 2). Instead, I got a small B%26S clamp hose. Luckily, the seller refunded my purchase after I complained to them (Outdoor Power Direct) and Walmart directly. Do not order these tires. Something is wrong on the order page. It does show the little clamp hose below the tire picture. I've attached a picture of what I got instead of the tires.
