Mens Converse Chuck Taylor All Star 70 High Top Parchment Garnet Egret

Bought these for my daughter as she liked the blue and white logo better. Seemed to be more cushioned than her previous women's model, which is great for all day wear. Really nice colour and well made with the air vents. Great for summer with shorts and skirts.

My old pair of 70's gave up the ghost after 6 loyal years of daily use. They lasted about 2 weeks longer than the shoe strings they came with. I replaced the insoles a couple times. These are very comfortable, BUT I have a narrow foot. I have a pair of red wing boots in 12B that fit great, so Chuck's fit me great. The 70's have more spring in the step, more cushion, and they last a lot longer. Once you break in the upper (because why would you not get high tops?) these fit like a comfortable pair of slippers. The new pair fit just like the old ones, and in about 6 years when the shoe strings break I'll order my next pair.
