Chia Seeds 6 1/2 oz

These Chia seeds are extremely high in Omega-3 fatty acids and are loaded with antioxidants, vitamins, minerals and fiber. Chia seeds can be eaten raw and can also be ground for use in baked goods such as breads, cakes and muffins. This seed has little to no flavor so it doesn't compete with other flavors in a dish. This is about 6 1/2 oz, which is a little more than 1 full cup of spice.
