Ruger Impact Elite Gas Piston Breakbarrel .22 Cal Pellet Air Rifle Barrel Length 15 inches

I bought this for my husband to eliminate wildlife that are becoming too comfortable in our city neighborhood. We have a coyote problem- sightings of ten have been seen in our back yard and neighboring domestic animals are disappearing. Out city doesn't have an animal service that is able to remedy this issue for us, and because we live inside the city limit actual firing of guns is prohibited. My husband takes this a ten on a scale of 1-5! He said this gin is POWERFUL! He is quiet impressed by it. The scope lined up well and has stayed aligned after repeated shootings. The ‘suppressor' works amazingly well. It sounds like a small single pop firecracker, it's quiet enough that neighbors thought we dropped a cardboard box or similar when they heard the pop. My husband said this is NOT a gun for unsupervised kids- in that it shoots completely thru metal at a distance of 40 feet. The pellets we bought were from Wal Mart as well and have a dome tip. The velocity of this gun can pierce the thick skin of a coyote at over 50 feet- with precision, for an amateur hunter. Great gun in his opinion- he has added others not in the pellet and BB lime of weapons to his growing aresenal, but this is his goto for a quick deterrent inside the city limits.
