This stuff is amazing!
I bought this because I needed the calcium and I can't take big pills and I really don't like gummies. This is easy to take, and I trust the quality. The thing that amazed me about this product was the magnesium. I didn't realize I must have needed magnesium. I find this so helpful for sleep quality and overall helps me combat stress.

Cal-Mag Citrate plus hemp oil worked
A bed-bound patient who only received tube feedings suddenly began having painful cramping due to contractures resulting from almost three years of being in bed, even with daily PROM, bid Baclofen, and Tylenol. The addition of Cal-Mag Citrate and the hemp oil made him feel better in less than 48 hours.
