Poor packaging caused product to break

This product was poorly packaged - only a thin layer of tiny bubble wrap before being placed in a soft outer package. As a result, it arrived crushed and broken beyond repair, so I was unable to use this product. The items might have survived the thin bubble wrap IF it had been then placed into a sturdy box.
