Everything was good until they were delivered and one of them was shattered. Was very easy to return.

I was disappointed with the purchase because every glass had imperfections in the outside finish-- they were not smooth to the touch. It felt as though something had splattered on the glass and dried, but the 'bumps' would not wash away. It's as if the glasses were 'seconds', but nowhere in the description were they advertised as such. I replaced the glasses by buying directly from the manufacturer, and those new glasses are perfectly smooth, just as glass should be. I do give Walmart credit for resolving the issue. I called to start a return and refund, and the representative offered a full refund and told me to keep the glasses. I don't exactly need them (as I've bought replacements), but it did save me the headache of dealing with the return.
