Instructions
Do not use if glued carton end flaps are open or if the blister seal is broken. Store at 68-77°F (20-25°C).
Dosage
Adults 18 years of age and older: At the onset of symptoms, dissolve 2 tablets under the tongue and repeat, if needed, every 15 minutes for 3 more doses. Then, dissolve 2 tablets under the tongue every hour until symptoms improve.

They work for me
I have been using these pills for almost a month now. The doses seemed too much to take so I only took one pill every 30 minutes for a total of 9 pills. I did not sleep well that night. The next day I took 2 pills every 30 minutes and stopped at 6 and felt relief in my joints. Now I take 6-8 daily spaced throughout the day and they provide relief. I have not taken any ibuprofen since starting these pills.
