Tasty Tea with a strong but balanced jasmine scent

This is one of my favorite bagged green jasmine teas. It brews up nice at 200 degrees F and doesn't become too bitter. I enjoy it with a splash of milk. I love the convenience and consistency of this tea. Being certified Organic is a bonus as teas are known to have pesticides. If you like green jasmine tea, I highly recommend this one!

Healthy drink that tastes great

Choice Organics Jasmine Green Tea tastes great and has so many health benefits! Green tea is considered the healthiest tea in the world other than water! It is packed with antioxidants that can lower the risk of cancer, boost your immune system, and promote skin and hair health. It has a medium amount of caffeine. So, I don't recommend to drink it before bedtime. Also, Jasmine has oxalates which need to be limited for those with a tendency to get kidney stones. I limit my Jasmine Green tea to 1 cup a day, to avoid too many oxalates. Then, I change it up with a plain Green tea or another variety.
