Very Good Fit on 2023 1500 Classic

These running boards fit without issue on our Ram Crew Cab. Had a small problem at first with some missing mounting brackets, but RealTruck Customer Service was excellent in the manner that they expedited replacements. There wasn't any drilling required for this truck model/year and the boards were easy to mount. The provided instructions were simple to understand and the included photos were useful too. It is beneficial to read through the instruction before starting though. I will mention that the carbon steel mounting brackets are only painted and the fasteners appeared to be painted also (versus being manufactured from corrosion resistant steel). With that in mind, I am hoping that they last for the life of the truck without requiring a lot of maintenance. I'd be more concerned if we were living in an area where the roads are salted in the winter. As our vehicle came with factory 20" wheels, the running boards are a big help for my wife and I getting into/out of the vehicle. For reference, the top of the installed running boards are about 10 1/2" below the door sill and 13 1/2" above the ground.

2017 Ford F-150 supercab wheel to wheel 5”I-BOARDS

I just installed the 5”-wheel to wheel I-boards on my truck and I'm very happy with the look and ease of getting in my truck , and so does my wife . The are very strong as well I'm a big guy close to 300lbs which I was also concerned about. Very happy. If I can give any advice to someone Considering to purchasing this product is when installing them is to make sure you don't tighten any of the brackets during the install until you have the whole board on the truck because you will adjust and tighten everything at the end of the install . Thanks and I hope this helps

Very good running board

Big box provided good shipping protection. Lots of fasteners: two sets of hands certainly helps. Sturdy with low to no flex in use. Step near bed handy to get to tiedown or stuff in the bed. Full length rubber tread works well. Easy in with outside foot on running board & hand pull up on grab handle. Would buy again. Clear coated spray all steel hardware. Plastic washers to reduce steel:aluminum galvanic corrosion issues was very smart. Just the right width for function and aesthetics. Added front mudflaps to reduce spray blast and debris from tires. Extreme 4WD is not recommended, a suburban & highway truck is fine.
