Isabela was nominated for a 2005 Billboard Latin Music Award with "A Manos Llenas" in the category of Regional Mexican Airplay Track Of The Year, Female Group or Female Solo Artist, she was also nominated in 2003 as "Revelation Of The Year" by Premios Lo Nuestro. This live album was recorded in Michoacan, Mexico and features her greatest hits such as "A manos llenas", "Flaca o gordita", "Como olivdarte" and one new studio track "Mas no puedo".
