The material is visually appealing. The texture is soft. Assembly was easy. The couch is not 6 seats with USB. I had made a quick decision to get it as I liked the look of it. I was then uncertain after ordering if it was coming with two separate three seat couches, as the picture online showed two boxes or something similar to the 6 seats sofa model. I also thought maybe it was just showing a picture of one couch and two boxes for the one couch. The couch doesn't come with a chaise either. So just be mindful of this when ordering. The couch is still airing out and says it may take some time to fluff up. Upon initial testing the couch, it so far feels like a futon couch. But maybe in a few days it will fluff out. Plan on continuing to sit on my likely 60 some year old fluffy couch that has stood the test of time in the meanwhile. I was hoping for a more up to date look. Like the style of it. The back just sits way lower than I expected and looks kinda off in a space with high ceilings. Not planning on doing a return. Don't got all the manpower for all of that. First online couch I've ever bought. Hoping the couch will fluff out more. If not, my old couch will likely last forever. Just will get some nice covers for it and it will be good as new.
