their 30 day warranty is trash

I purchased 2 wheel bearings from autoshack the ad stated that they are compatible with a 2005-2018 Toyota Tacoma v-6 6 lug truck I have a 2006 Toyota Tacoma. When the part was installed I started driving and 5 minutes down the road I had no brakes and the wheel bearing had collapsed. It had completely come apart. Autoshack will not refund my money and has given me a hard time trying to get anything done about this. They asked for a picture of the faulty product I sent that then they wanted the year make model of my truck and then they asked for the VIN number. This has went on for over a week now and then they said the only time they give refunds is when an item is out of stock. So if you buy from them just be sure if there product is faulty you are just out of luck the 30 day warranty means nothing
