Solar 4XS + All Season 175/65R15 84H Passenger Tire

I got Solar XS4 tires the first time for my Corolla in summer 2019. Those were made in Feb 2019, so were basically brand new, which made the price that much better! That set is still running strong after 6 years without problems. The latest set is a brand new tread and improved design, different from the older one! So far, after 2 weeks, these are as sticky (good breaking, cornering, dry and wet, etc), responsive, well handling, and as comfortable and quiet as the older Solar tires, and that old set has sloshed me through many messes and even snow already! Honda Fit owners will know, how that car can be a little on the hard-ride side. Replacing the factory spec hard riding Michelin tires with these new Solars immediately softened and quiet my ride, and turned the Fit into a gentle glide! The tire code puts them at late last year for manufacturing, so also brand new, which makes the price a super bargain once again! Looking at more details in the tire code stamps, this new set was apparently made in a Nexen factory in Korea, so Sumitomo (the Solar brand is a Sumitomo of Japan subsidiary) is not skimping on this discount brand, and has them made in quality tire plants, who know what they are doing! If they keep up like the older set, they are a pretty good deal and as good as tires almost twice the price!
