So sad, usually my go to.

I am usually in love with this stuff. This time, I bought this product, and it was completely dried out. It usually just glides right on with no streakiness but the past 2 I've bought have been totally useless. ): please bring the good stuff back! ):

Terrible

Worst eyeliner ever, it doesn't last more than a few seconds, if you even think about touching your eye, it's all done. Don't go in any moist environment or your giving “ black tears” . It's marketed to “ stay all day” yeah it'll stay all day running all over your face.
