The Flexipan, featured above, is considered a full pan. Measuring 18" x 26" creating 24 indents, each indent is 2.37" x 2.37" with a 2.53 oz. capacity. Or purchase this Flexipan for your own home and make fun teddy bear shaped treats whenever you like. Sasa Demarles Flexipans are crafted from fiberglass and food grade silicone. This makes Flexipans exceptionally non-sticky, allowing pastries to be released easily and quickly. Flexipans have a temperature resistance between 40 F to 500 +F allowing it to be used in the oven, microwave, freezer or fridge. While the Flexipan is heat resistant it is not dishwasher safe. After the Flexipan is used it should be washed in warm soapy water with a non-abrasive sponge.
