Super7 - TMNT Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles - Ultimates! Wave 2 - Mutagen Man

This “Mutagen Man” toy from the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles universe is of phenomenal quality and comes in such elegant and sophisticated packaging that it appears MUCH more expensive than it actually is. Mutagen Man was originally a TMNT fan named “Timothy” who wore a homemade ninja turtle costume and engaged in vigilante activities as “The Pulverizer” before he became a mutant blob monster after a mutagen accident. In the 2012 adaptation, Mutagen Man became what you see here in this specific toy… a transparent blob with its organs floating around inside. Young boys, being the lovably disgusting creatures that they are (lol), are going to LOVE this amply-sized Action Figure. I cannot wait to give this to my great-grandson because he absolutely LOVES TMNT and only has the four main characters so far. This will greatly increase the scope of his imagination in the midst of his personal TMNT world. It is SO well made and they absolutely left nothing out when it comes to Mutagen Man's accessories… and that really adds BIG TIME to how he can be incorporated into playtime. Despite his appearance, Mutagen Man is actually a well-meaning character who, although often the antagonist, spends his life seeking friendship and a way to reverse his condition. This Action Figure is well worth every penny paid!

This is a large display figure, and it comes with two sets of hands as well as some accessories. the smaller accessories I find to be very small and would be easy to lose when unboxed. The figure is well made and well displayed in the multiple layers of packaging. All in all, this is a fine toy for an adult collector.
