• Measurement Description: The length, width, and thickness of our banding roll are as follows;  3,000 feet, 3/4-inch width, and 0.040-inch thickness. It has a core size of 16 inches x 6 inches, enabling you to cover high-volume applications while reducing the frequency of roll changes. We have other sizes too for you, like 1/2" width with 780 lbs breaking strength & 0.025" thickness, 3/4" with 2,500 lbs breaking strength & 0.050" thickness, and 5/8" width with 1,400 lbs breaking strength & 0.035" thickness.
• Strapping Material: Our strapping roll is engineered from Polyethylene Terephthalate (PET) material which is composed of high-quality polyester fibers, providing resistance to bending. It will withstand substantial loads with manual applications. It has a working load limit of 1,500 lbs and a breaking strength of 1,800 lbs with low permeability, restricting water flow. Thus, making it perfect for different environmental conditions. It has a textured (embossed) finish to provide a better grip.
• No Slipping: Our UV and water-resistant rolls are hand grade (manual applications).
• Simple-to-Use: Our box strapping roll is easier to handle on horizontal and vertical surfaces; you can easily apply and remove it using manual tools, like tensioners, dispensers, sealers, or cutters. You can also use an electric machine with these rolls. It’s available in green color for easy identification and organization.
