My granddaughter is in heaven

Setup takes some time. With 2 people it took us about 2 hours. Watch the video it helps. Trampoline is awesome. It is well built and works great. Had a minor hiccup on a part, but the customer service team was extremely helpful and took very good care of me. I would highly recommend them.

Kid and parent approved!

LOVE our new trampoline! It was relatively straightforward to put together - the video is FAR more helpful than the written instructions with assembly. It seems built to last and we love that it came with a storage bag. Only drawback is it didn't come with steps - but I knew that when I ordered. Our daughter (11) has not left it during daylight hours for the past 2 days since it's been up. I'll call that a win because the goal was to get the 11 year old and 13 year old more active.
