My kids love these but don't let them drink them one after the other, I recommend 1 a day because these will upset there stomachs and cause bowel movements if too many are drank too quick. I learned that the hard way but my kids still like to drink them but 1 a day is key

Although it comes in several favors, since he loves the taste (chocolate) it's easy to get him to drink it the required twice a day.
