It's difficult to rate a dried spice, however, I can say that the product was well-packaged, was uniform in color - green and not a hint of brown, and provided the expected taste and aroma for my butter chicken. I can also say that the package it came it was a clear plastic one, and that can show whether or not the product is old and the dried leaves have turned into dust. In this case, that did not happen, and the fenugreek leaves appeared fresh dried. I will definitely order from this company again. My only regret is that the packaging didn't include a zip lock; once opened, the spice now needs to be transferred to a different container. I understand this might be someone else's preference, but to me, that is no reason for to detract from the rating of 5 stars. Well done!
