Delivered broken bike to kids for Christmas

We purchased this for our grandkids for Christmas. I even paid $100 for shipping. When it arrived all broken in the box we reached out to the seller immediately and we never heard back from the seller over multiple emails… so basically $480.00 down the drawn plus 2 heart broken kids for Christmas. Just unbelievable !!! Do not buy from WALMART! All I want is a complete refund and come get this broken crap!!!!

It came sooner than expected however, the box was damaged upon delivery and when I opened the box the item itself was also damaged. What is the point of it getting to the customer early if it is damaged in the process. The bike itself is made of Very cheap materials and it had hardly any foam or anything in the box to really protect the item. I have yet to hear back from the company itself. Do not recommend using this. Walmart do better in picking your vendors.
