Great Set!

I have this set in my home gym and I love it. I mainly use it for core exercises but I love that you can bounce these balls and they actually come back up like a ball should. These have lasted me a little over a year now and show no signs of deterioration!

Super Durable Medicine Balls

I love my medicine ball set from Lifeline. The balls have a non-slip grip with a hollow design that make them bounce, which is great for varying your workout. They are rubber and have a really durable construction. I love this storage rack to keep my gym organized.

Durable!

These medicine balls are durable. When I purchased them I didn't know they bounced! That feature has been really helpful for some of the workouts I do. If air gets lox in them they pump up just like a basketball. The rack is sturdy and gives my home gym a really professional look!
