I am a sugar addict. And sugar turns to fat when you eat it. So I try to control my cravings and chromium helps if I eat a few too many Jelly Bellys since they are flavored sugar. I love them! I rarely get a sugar rush if I take a chromium. I would not advise anyone with diabetes to try to control it with chromium tho. It is not a medication. Personally I only take the 200mg. You may start low and add to it gradually. I take it about every four hours. To whoever decides if my review is useable please edit it to use the suggestions I gave.
