Product details
The second largest model in our mini basketball hoop lineup (Behind the ultimate) is big enough to handle your tough dunks, yet still small enough to be used in a bedroom. The backboard is made out of polycarbonate and backed by a steel frame so it provides great rebound and is nearly unbreakable. The pro-style graphics give you the authentic look of a real hoop. Pads across the bottom of the backboard provide safety and are just another touch on the realistic look and play of this hoop. You'll never think of mini hoops the same way after you've experienced the mini pro xtreme! The hoop must be mounted into two studs spaced 16" apart or another sturdy structure. If your studs are spaced further, there is a workaround. Once mounted, the front of the backboard will be 6.5" off the wall. Mounting hardware included. The backboard and rim are both pre-assembled. Some assembly is required. Do not hang from the rim.

Great product, FANTASTIC customer service!!!
Not only is this hoop very high quality, but the customer service is hands down superior to any I've ever experienced. We received the item Friday afternoon. When we opened the box, we discovered it was missing essentially that bag that comes with many things like this that contain the instructions, installation hardware, net, and miscellaneous items not already put together that need to be assembled. Obviously we were very disappointed because we were anxious to get it set up and figured we were out of luck until I reached someone Monday since customer service line had already closed. I'm in FL and company is based in MI so we are now thinking at least a week until we have any resolution. However, while I was at Lowes later that night trying to figure out if we could get the hardware needed to install, Justin called me on my cell. He was so apologetic and stayed on the line with me to walk me through what I could grab at lowes to get it up and running until we received the missing hardware. He checked back in with me this morning to give additional tips for mounting until we get the hardware and shipped out the missing items this morning. We successfully mounted the hoop and it is FANTASTIC!!! My son LOVES it!!! Justin exemplified TRUE customer service; By far above and beyond to assist me. I could not be more impressed with this company and their product!!!!
