Matter and Molecules: A Broader and Deeper View of Chemical Thermodynamics provides students with an interdisciplinary exploration of physical chemistry. Roberto J. Fernandez-Prini is emeritus full professor at the University of Buenos Aires and a senior investigator at CONICET. He earned his Ph.D. in physical chemistry from the University of Buenos Aires and completed post-doctoral studies at the University of Reading in the United Kingdom. His areas of specialty include intermolecular interactions, supercritical fluids, and chemical thermodynamics.

Ernesto Marceca is a professor in the School of Sciences at the University of Buenos Aires and a research staff member at CONICET. He earned his Ph.D. and MSc in chemistry from the University of Buenos Aires. His areas of specialty include the spectroscopy of isolated molecules and clusters, and the solvation dynamics and chemical reactivity in clusters and supercritical fluids.

Horacio Roberto Corti is a consultant professor of physical chemistry at the University of Buenos Aires, a senior investigator at CONICET, and consultant researcher at the National Atomic Energy Commission. He earned his Ph.D. and MSc in chemistry from the University of Buenos Aires. His areas of specialty include thermodynamics, aqueous systems, transport processes, cryopreservation, and fuel cells.
