I have had such a hard time finding socks that fit and are comfortable! I've been wearing old No Boundaries roll top socks that Walmart USED to carry (I wish they'd carry them again). My feet and ankles often swell, and while some people would think wearing diabetic socks is a solution...it's not. Diabetic socks are too thick and make my shoes tighter. My foot is already swollen, I don't need extra bulk inside my shoes from the socks. Explaining my individual ratings: Quality - based on wearing a pair once. I have not had them or worn them long enough to know how they will hold up. Value for money - 4 stars because they are a bit pricey for someone who doesn't have a lot of money. If they last a long time, of course that would be a factor (and as mentioned above, I can't speak to that yet). Colors - I wish they had an option for a pack of just black! If they do, I haven't seen it. Bottom line - they are comfortable, are NOT tight on my often swollen feet and ankles, and are thin so they don't contribute to tight shoes in that way. If you have the money, try them.
