Perfect for a little girl.

I'm a little disappointed. From the picture, I was expecting wool felt, but it's not...it's knitted, and itmfits more closely than the picture indicates. The rim is wired to make it stand out. However, the flower does look just like the picture, it's cute, it will definitely keep you warm, and it would be really adorable worn by a young girl.
